The concept treats SCADA configuration as an engineering system rather than a collection of opaque screens. Screens, tags, alarms, and relationships are expressed in readable definitions that engineers can inspect, version, test, and approve.

AI can propose edits and documentation, but an authorised engineer reviews and approves every production change.

Simulation-based verification

Proposed screen, tag, and alarm changes can be exercised against simulation before they are considered for deployment.

Versioned, auditable, on-premise

Version history and audit evidence support controlled review, while on-premise operation keeps plant context inside the OT boundary.
